Syntrix Systems (“Syntrix”, “we”, “us”) provides software development, AI enablement, cloud, cybersecurity and IT implementation services from offices in the United States, Pakistan, the United Kingdom and Canada. This policy applies to personal information we collect through syntrixsystems.com and through communications with you as a prospective client, client contact, partner or visitor.
Where we process personal information on behalf of a client while delivering services, that processing is governed by our agreement with that client, and the client is responsible for its own privacy notices.

- The content of your message, including what you tell us about your project or business problem.
- Your preference to sign a non-disclosure agreement, if you tick that option.

- Usage data such as pages requested, referring pages and the date and time of requests, typically recorded in server and hosting logs.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information through this website, and we ask that you do not submit them.

- To communicate with you about our services, where you have asked us to or where the law allows.
